With the new CellFund shipping process, you will arrange to have your shipment picked up after you receive the pre-paid shipping labels (PRP) in the mail.

When you submit this form, a confirmation email with a temporary shipping label link will be sent to you.
Your pre-paid FedEx shipping labels (PRP), one per box, will be mailed to you first class. Each PRP containts a unique tracking number.
AFTER you receive your PRP shipping labels, call 800 GO-FEDEX to have your shipment picked up OR give to any FedEx driver OR bring to any FedEx pickup location.

Note: Do not contact the shipping company to make special shipping arrangements.
If you pay a shipping company for a shipment, CellFund is not responsible for the shipping charges.
